1. General services and consulting

1.1 Type of service

  • We will provide services via telephone, e-mail, and remote service via internet in working hours.

1.2 Service Fee

      1.2.1 One time fee : The service fee will be applied after the end of warranty.

      1.2.2 Annual fee (MA) : 

  • Package software : the fee is around 10% of the total price of software.
  • Customized software : the fee will be calculated based on the complexity of the program.

 

 

2. On site services

2.1 Type of service

  • We will provide the service at customer's site directly.

2.2 Service Fee

      2.2.1 One time fee will be applied when on site is required :

  • Depend on the distance and type of travel.
  • Depend on the complexity of software or system.

      2.2.2 Annual fee (MA) : There are 2 packages depend on customer's requirements.
